Changes . . .

We are thrilled

to announce that 20% of the proceeds from our “Changes” shirt will go to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.

Our goal

with this particular shirt is to generate conversation about behavioral health and suicide prevention. In behavioral health, small changes can make a big difference. Mental health issues do not have to define a person. In addition to securing clinical interventions, learning new behaviors and habits are a crucial part in suicide prevention. Making changes is critical.

Change is not easy, but it is necessary. Society needs to continue to make changes in order to erase the stigma and awkwardness of discussing mental health issues, and those living with a mental illness often need to make changes in their own lives. Either way, if nothing changes, nothing changes.
